SchoolCBT collects account, learning, payment, and platform usage data to provide exam practice, analytics, tutor matching, support, and fraud prevention.

Student learning data is used to personalize practice batches, calculate readiness metrics, maintain report cards, and help authorized schools or guardians review progress where applicable.

We do not sell student personal data. Access is limited to authorized staff, assigned tutors, and service providers needed to operate authentication, payments, hosting, email, analytics, and support.

Users may request account export, correction, or deletion by contacting support. Some transaction, audit, and security records may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or dispute purposes.

For minors, schools and guardians are expected to provide appropriate consent before onboarding students. SchoolCBT applies data minimization, role-based access, and auditability to student records.
